Vendor Application - Equality Fest 2025

September 13 - Midland Greenway (Deadline is August 16th)

1. Tent Requirement: All vendors must have a tent. You may either bring your own or rent one from us.


2.. Vendor Fees: You will only have to pay your vendor fee once you're approved as a vendor. The fee is due within 7 days after approval. 


   - Full package (tent, table, and chairs provided): $200


   - Providing your own tent: $125


   - Non-Profit organizations with 501(c)(3) status:


     * Full package (tent, table, and chairs provided): $100


     * Providing your own tent: $50


3.  Space Allocation: Each vendor will be allocated a 10x10 space.


4. Tent Specifications: If you are bringing your own tent, you must supply weights to secure it. Stakes or any devices that may damage the grass are prohibited.


5. Non-Profit Vendor Limit: Only 8 non-profit vendors will be accepted. You must have a valid 501(c)(3) status to qualify.


6. Regular Vendor Limit: We will accept a maximum of 26 regular vendors. Apply early to secure your spot!


7. Product Category Limit: We will limit the number of vendors for each product category to one or two. For instance, if you sell candles, there will be no more than one other vendor selling candles. This ensures a diverse range of products.


8.Refunds/Cancellations: There are no refunds or cancellations. This a rain or shine event. 


Once we decide on the vendors, you will receive an email informing you how to pay for your spot. You will have 7 days to pay this spot.
