Equality Fest is a passionate non-profit organization dedicated to fostering diversity, inclusivity, and equality with a special focus on uplifting the LGBT community and marginalized groups. Through our initiatives, we aim to create a more inclusive society and provide a platform for underrepresented voices to be heard and celebrated.

Volunteer Leads will choose a committee to assist with:

💸 Fundraising
🎪 Festival Operations
🤝 Community Engagement
🎤 Festival Programming
This is more than a day-of volunteer role! Volunteer Leads will meet with us once a month to support their assigned committee and help make Equality Fest 2026 unforgettable.
